MceZ 12 Core Principles

We honor these 12 Core Principles because we see them as fundamental to a well functioning democracy. Placing the Core Principle of the month on your letter identifies it as a MceZ letter. Join the MceZ community!
January:
CITIZENSHIP
 – the duties, rights, and privileges of this status including civil rights. Express  your citizenship in your MceZ letter.

February:
COMMUNITY –
a group of people forming a smaller social unit within a larger one and sharing common interests. Advocate  for your  community in your MceZ letter.

March:
CRITICAL THINKING -
an attempt at careful analysis and objective judging so as to determine both merits and faults. Apply critical thinking skills in your MceZ letter.

April:
EQUALITY –
the condition of being equal ​ esp. having the same political, social and economic rights. Expect equality in your MceZ letter.

May:
EXCELLENCE –
Superior quality, skill, achievement; going beyond good. Achieve your excellence in your MceZ letter.

June:
FREEDOM –
civil or political liberty; absence of hindrance, restraint, confinement or repression. Value your freedom in your MceZ letter.

July:
INNOVATION –
to introduce new methods, devices, customs, ideas. Display your innovation in your MceZ letter.

August:
INTEGRITY –
the quality or state of being of sound moral principle, uprightness, honesty, sincerity. Demonstrate your integrity 
in your MceZ letter.

September:
INTELLECTUAL DIVERSITY –
characterized by diverse thinking by individuals and groups. Expand your intellectual diversity in your MceZ letter.

October:
JUSTICE –
the use of authority and power to uphold what is right, just or lawful. Fight for justice in your MceZ letter.

​November:
PRIDE –
proper respect for oneself; sense of one's own dignity and worth; self-respect. Claim your pride in your MceZ letter.

December:
​RESPECTFULNESS –
characterized by concern or consideration for; avoid intruding upon. Share respectfulness in your MceZ letter.
